KICKSTART YOUR HEALTH: Free Plant Strong Cooking Classes at the Darien Library July 12, 19, 26 & Aug 2
If you're looking for easy ways to cook more with plants or reduce your consumption of meat or dairy, this cooking series is for you!
In each class I'll share a quick video on a nutrition topic. Then we'll jump into a practical cooking demonstration, using techniques that may be new to you.
You'll want to skip dinner before this 7:00 pm class so you can enjoy sampling the plant-centered dishes we'll be making. Each session includes handouts and recipes to try at home.
REGISTRATION
The classes are free, and registration is required. This is a series of 4 related cooking classes, and each session is different. We know summer is unpredictable, so you don't need to commit to all 4 classes.
