An in-person slide show/storytelling presentation about Jay’s 35 year journey in rock and roll photography - from documenting the Grateful Dead to his latest book Hippie Chick: A Tale of Love, Devotion & Surrender. Presentation is followed by a Q&A session with the audience. Jay will be signing copies of his books post presentation.

Jay Blakesberg is a San Francisco-based photographer and filmmaker who regularly contributes to Rolling Stone, Guitar Player, Relix, and many other magazines. He has photographed countless musical artists, including the Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews, Phish, moe., Nirvana, the Rolling Stones, Tom Waits, Neil Young and Carlos Santana, to name just a few. Blakesberg’s photography has been included in over 200 CD packages and in numerous magazines worldwide. Jay has published eleven coffee table books all based on his rock and roll photography.
