We are proud to announce that the space housing our current Sprouting Space, located at 485 Summer St., has been leased. The property, owned by MarLo Associates, was part of the Clementina Arts Foundation's temporary studio program for artists: Sprouting Spaces. Sprouting Spaces works with landlords to fill commercial vacancies with active artist studios with the purpose to drive traffic and interest to the space and enrich the surrounding community.

Contemporary artist John J. Bedoya had the studio while living between Medellin, Colombia and Stamford, CT. While working there, he developed a sold-out one man show and worked on a museum piece measuring 12ft. by 27ft.

With Sprouting Spaces, artists, landlords and communities benefit.
