Saturday Nov. 4, please join us at 22 Haviland Street Gallery for the Opening Reception (4-8pm) of “Altars, Shrines and Amulets”! Curated by artist/educator, Gay Schempp, the 8 artists in this exhibit focused on creating contemporary personal altars, shrines, amulets and talismans representing interior mysteries, memories or links between people, things and other realms, "connecting us to our past, to each other, and to something greater than ourselves."
Exhibiting artists: Mary Lou Alberetti, Lori Barker, Suzanne Benton, Robert Dancik, George Herrick, Barbara Jaroch, Gay Schempp, and Diane Wright. 
Conversation about “Altars, Shrines and Amulets” with Curator, Gay Schempp and Gallery Director, Dennis Bradbury, will be part of 'Sunday Forum on the Arts' at St. Pauls on the Green, in Norwalk, Nov. 19, at 10am with artist Susan Leggitt moderating.
