A collaboration between Stephanie Kunkel, Choreographer, and Laurel S. Peterson, Norwalk’s Poet Laureate, the event will consist of original dances choreographed by Ms. Kunkel, guest choreographers and her students at Step ‘N’ Out Dance Studios in Norwalk. The dances are based on poems by Ms. Peterson and Ms. Kunkel, as well as other area poets and well-known authors, such as Maya Angelou, Eminem, Shel Silverstein, and Edgar Allan Poe. The event is sponsored by Lockwood-Mathews Mansion and the Norwalk Arts Commission. It is free and open to the public. All are welcom
